Welcome to SkunkyFactory, a #ReturnToIndie project by Sam1.
What may seem like a leap into the unknown is actually a carefully planned endeavor. We’re excited to introduce the prototype of our classic city-builder game, which is the evolution of an idea that’s been in development for years.
With our framework, TECH_Before_design, we’ve reached our first milestone: a procedurally generated world that supports a classic economic loop-resource gathering, refinement, evolution, and repetition.
Next up, we aim to innovate the genre with something entirely new in our second milestone.
Finally, we’ll dive into the design phase in our third milestone because we believe in designing on top of solid tech.
